Unlike most coaches who focus exclusively on one end of the talent pipeline, I very intentionally designed my business over a decade ago to work with clients at every stage of the talent pipeline:

Early Career | Mid-Career | C-Suite & Senior Management | Chairman & Boards

As a result, I have depth across each career phase and am an expert on the talent ecosystem.

I also serve clients outside the corporate world and work with many artists, creatives, designers, academics, philanthropists, serial entrepreneurs, and first-time founders.

Clients drawn from F500 Corporations, Big Tech & Fin Tech including:

My original interest in coaching was as a life coach many years ago. I quickly realized that you cannot compartmentalize work and life and treat them separately so I switched gears and became a career and executive and leadership coach over a decade ago. My coaching programs incorporate both your work and your life so that you can truly thrive personally and professionally and learn how to not burn out while you advance and stay in your zone of genius.

I have worked with young talent at the undergraduate, graduate, and PhD level at these institutions.

I recently added high performance to my coaching programs because I believe that talent needs to understand and cultivate the agile mindset and daily habits of high performers to be able to thrive in today’s disruptive, technologically-driven landscape. I have also trained under both top coach Brendon Burchard in his High Performance Academy™ and Shirzad Charmine in his global coaches’ grant program Positive Intelligence™ to explore cutting-edge research around the neuroscience of positive intelligence.

My clients value the versatility and depth of my professional experience prior to coaching which includes work on both the professional services side (management strategy consultant with BCG, The Boston Consulting Group) and the corporate side (global strategy director at biotech firm Bayer and commercial banker at The Northern Trust). I know firsthand how decisions are made in these milieus and what it takes to build influence and advance. When I was in my early 30s, I was already persuading Fortune 500 CEOs and Boards to accept my business cases and to take the bold and decisive action I recommended.
