Unlike most coaches who focus exclusively on one end of the talent pipeline, I very intentionally designed my business over a decade ago to work with clients at every stage of the talent pipeline:
Early Career | Mid-Career | C-Suite & Senior Management | Chairman & Boards
As a result, I have depth across each career phase and am an expert on the talent ecosystem.
I also serve clients outside the corporate world and work with many artists, creatives, designers, academics, philanthropists, serial entrepreneurs, and first-time founders.
Clients drawn from F500 Corporations, Big Tech & Fin Tech including:
You cannot compartmentalize LIFE and WORK.
I designed my programs so you can thrive both professionally and personally.
I help you to:
avoid burnout.
identify and stay in your zone of genius.
advance in what you care about.
I help you to LIVE A LIFE WHERE YOU ARE THRIVING, FULFILLED, AND SO GRATEFUL to be ALIVE! LET’S GO!
I have coached young talent at the undergraduate, graduate, and PhD level at these institutions and more.
I am constantly learning the latest research and innovation in the open talent ecosystem and hold multiple certifications including
ICF accredited Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC)
Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC)
I was selected to be part of a global research grant to study the Positive Intelligence™ program to explore cutting-edge research around the neuroscience of positive intelligence.
My clients value the versatility and depth of my professional experience.
When I was in my early 30s, I was already persuading Fortune 500 CEOs and Boards to take the bold and decisive action I recommended as a global management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
I know firsthand how decisions are made in these milieus and what it takes to build influence and advance.
I also have experience as a strategy director at global biotech firm Bayer and as a commercial banker with The Northern Trust Company.
Clients appreciate that I have held global roles at professional services firms, corporations, as a board member, and as an entrepreneur.
